Harrogate is a beautiful floral spa town with it’s manicured gardens, Victorian Pump Room, Royal Baths, and heritage railway. In addition, the wonderful scenery of Yorkshire is on the doorstep so this holiday provides a taste of both town and country. Our traditional Victorian hotel is set in its own 5 acres of grounds offering a peaceful haven from the busy town. Built in 1840, the hotel retains a quintessential elegance and style to this very day, from the superb bar to the atmospheric atrium style restaurant.

OUR ITINERARY

Sunday  We collect you from your home and take you to join your tour coach travelling to Harrogate, making suitable comfort stops on the journey. Arriving at the Old Swan Hotel in the late afternoon with time to get settled before dinner.

Monday - Wednesday  We have included the following excursions during your stay:
• A day spent in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate.
• A visit to Masham before a visit and guided tour at the popular Black Sheep Brewery.
• A trip to the cathedral city of Ripon before we visit Newby Hall & Gardens.

Thursday  After a final breakfast in the hotel we will board the coach and begin the journey back to Wiltshire, making suitable comfort stops on the way.

The Old Swan Hotel stands in the centre of the lovely town of Harrogate, in Yorkshire, and is famed as being Agatha Christie’s hiding place during her disappearance in 1926.
