A tour that is designed to show you the best of Scotland’s natural beauty, this new Scottish holiday is based at the popular Winnock Hotel in Drymen, near the beautiful Loch Lomond and it explores the Secret Islands and Waterways in the region. Enjoy a boat trip on the Maid of the Forth passing under the magnificent Forth Rail Bridge to Inchcolm Island, a day to the wonderful Isle of Arran, plus a cruise on Loch Lomond, the single largest expanse of fresh water in the UK.

Our Itinerary

Thursday - We collect you from your home to join your tour coach as we journey north to Drymen and The Winnock Hotel.

Friday to Sunday we include the following included excursions
• Today we have a trip on the Maid of the Forth to Incholm Island with time to explore the Island and its wildlife as well as the Abbey.
• CalMac ferry cruise to the wonderful Isle of Arran, including a tour of the island and entrance to Brodick castle.
• We enjoy a two-hour cruise exploring the secret Islands and Narrows of Loch Lomond.

Monday - We bid a fond farewell to Scotland and commence our homeward journey, making suitable stops en-route to Wiltshire where your taxi will be waiting to return you to your home.

Winnock Hotel, Drymen

Situated in the heart of Loch Lomond National Park, this charming family run hotel takes centre stage on the green in the village of Drymen. Sensitively extended and refurnished, it retains its traditional bars and log fires and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with satellite TV, telephone and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel does not have a lift but does have some ground floor rooms. Visit the hotel website
