I would like to say firstly that the hotel was brilliant,nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff there. They were ALL very helpful and polite and friendly. The food was absolutely first class on every meal. This hotel is definitely a winning choice for Chandler's... The biggest praise has to go to Peter,our driver. He was brilliant all the time! Lots of banter from us all and he joined in with it all, lots of laughter along the way. He was helpful to everyone. He was a pleasure to have as the driver. He is an asset to your company.

Having returned from Edinburgh last weekend, I felt compelled to write to you and say how impressed my wife and I were in which the whole tour was conducted and planned. We had never travelled with Chandlers before but we needn't have been concerned. The driver Steve and his partner Fiona were courteous at all times, friendly from the outset, hospitable, punctual and nothing was too much trouble for them. The guided tour of Edinburgh was second to none, our guide was of the highest calibre and her knowledge was endless. Thank you.

Hi.I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my ABBA weekend with you.The hotel was lovely and the ABBA concert was amazing.I enjoyed the Sunday looking around London.There were some really lovely passengers on the trip as well.And a special mention to Chris the driver.He did a grand job the whole of the weekend.Also great commentary from him pointing out places of interest
