I would like to say firstly that the hotel was brilliant,nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff there. They were ALL very helpful and polite and friendly. The food was absolutely first class on every meal. This hotel is definitely a winning choice for Chandler's... The biggest praise has to go to Peter,our driver. He was brilliant all the time! Lots of banter from us all and he joined in with it all, lots of laughter along the way. He was helpful to everyone. He was a pleasure to have as the driver. He is an asset to your company.

Thank you to everyone involved in looking after my hat so carefully and returning it to me via Steve on 28th October. It really is an excellent example of how you all care for your customers. 3. My husband, myself and two friends went on the trip to The Thursford Christmas Spectacular last weekend. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for such a well organised trip and especially to our driver James and our courier Steve who look after us so well. They went above and beyond their duties. It was a superb weekend. Thank you.
