Chandlers welcomes all passengers, and your holiday is very important to us. We are, however, aware that some of our visits may not be suitable for everyone. Some tours may involve a great deal of travelling or venues which are not best suited to those with reduced mobility. Should you have any concerns, our reservations staff will be happy to offer advice and answer questions with the regard to the suitability of a particular holiday.

Quality Coach Travel

Our coach holiday tours include luxury coach travel with individually reserved seats. All our touring coaches are modern, air conditioned and designed for the purpose of touring. Our drivers and supporting crew members are fully trained and qualified to ensure you have a safe, relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

Platinum Service

Most of the departures in this brochure will be on board a vehicle with extra leg room.

In addition all tours marked with Platinum Service will have lots of little extras included. A Host/Hostess service on board will be provided to serve refreshments and ensure your holiday is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Total Financial Security

For your peace of mind and security all monies are held in a designated client trust account under EC Directive 90314 until after your holiday. This means that all pre-paid monies to this company are held completely separate from the day to day business account.

In the unlikely event of financial failure by this company your money would be immediately reimbursed in full from this trust account.

Door to Door Holidays

Our Door to Door Home Pickup service is exactly what it says, your holiday starts from your own door step and is included in the price on all our holidays of 5 days duration or more within our designated pick up area.

A taxi or mini-bus arranged by Chandlers Holidays will collect you from your own front door and take you with your luggage to your tour coach. At the end of your holiday we take you home again so no more worries about being met or what to do if delayed, we take care of all that for you.

This service is also available on tours of four days or less for a fee.

AREA A: For all UK & European holidays of 5 days or more - unless otherwise stated we include a home collection service in the price, you will be picked from your home and taken to join the coach, this may be by mini bus or taxi. The areas covered are marked as Area A in the above map. (*Andover & Yeovil areas will incur a supplement)

AREA B: For all European departures travelling via Dover or Folkestone we also offer home pick ups from Area B in the above map
Home pickups outside our area can be arranged, call with your postcode for a price. We can also arrange pick ups in Cobham Services M25, Clacket Lane Services M25, Maidstone Services M20 & Dover Docks for tours travelling out of Dover.

BOOKING IS EASY

 Once you have made your selection please book online or call us on 01373 824500 to check availability and reserve your chosen seats. We will then hold your reservation for ten days during which time you should complete and return a signed booking form together with your deposit payment plus payment for travel insurance if required.
