Things You Need to Know
BOOKING & TRAVEL INFORMATION
Departure times are confirmed at the time of booking and will be on your ticket. All times are given in good faith and the coach will not depart prior to the given time. However, please be patient with us if we are a few minutes later due to unforeseen circumstance. Seats are allocated in order of booking on all excursions but cannot be guaranteed. If you have a preference for specific seats then early booking is recommended. Your driver will inform you of your departure time on arrival at your destination and we ask that you return to the coach in good time. All of our coaches are Non Smoking and comfort stops are made if the journey is to exceed two hours. Where a child fare is shown on an excursion this will apply to children aged 3-14 years. Unless otherwise stated. Children under 3 travel free if a seat is not requested for them. If a child price is not shown then the excursion may not be suitable for children or the adult price will apply.
DAY EXCURSION PAYMENTS
Payments are made in advance to confirm seats, please call first to check availability and reserve your places or book online.

We accept Visa Debit, Cash, Cheques and Gift Vouchers.
Seniors Privilege Card (PC): A discount is available on most day excursions, on application, to Seniors (65+) who travel on three day excursions within one year.
DELAYS
Delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, an incident or some other circumstance that could not be predicted. Accordingly we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or expenses incurred. In the event of a delay due to mechanical failure or an accident, we undertake to use all endeavours to rectify the situation or to arrange replacement vehicles as quickly as possible. We make every effort to operate coaches of the standard described in this brochure but cannot accept a claim on the basis of a substitute vehicle being used as a replacement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Sometimes our drivers are put in a difficult position when asked to do additional drop offs. In order to make it fair for everyone travelling on our day excursions please alight at one of our designated points or at the Taxi Office in Trowbridge. We thank you for your co-operation.
CANCELLATIONS
All details correct at time of publication E&OE. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any excursion. You may cancel your booking at any time prior to departure subject to the following conditions:
More than 7 days prior a cancellation charge of up to 33% of the price charged will be made. Where an excursion involves entrance fees, tickets or a third party charge the refund will only apply to the coach element of the excursion price. Less than 7 days prior to departure no refund can be made.
